Executive Employee Relations
Nicole Butler is the Executive Employee Relations for the Illinois Soybean Association (ISA). Nicole leads and directs the routine functions of the Human Resources programs including recruiting and hiring, training and development, employee relations, writing and implementing policies and procedures using best practice methods, safety, and compliance with all state and federal labor laws.
Nicole has 20+ years of experience working in Human Resources. Nicole is an Illinois Central College alumni and recently completed her Professional Certification in Human Resources Management (SHRM-CP) and Strategic HR Business Partner (sHRBP). She is also a certified PsychHUB Mental Health Ally.
Nicole resides in Normal, Illinois, and has 3 grown sons and a beloved golden retriever. In her free time, she enjoys watching sports, traveling, and reading about history.
