Bloomington, ILL – September 14, 2022 – The Illinois Soybean Association (ISA) has named Connie Copley of LeRoy, Illinois as Guest Services Manager.
In this role, Copley will be working on behalf of Illinois soybean farmers by serving as a point of contact and link between employees and internal departments, and external parties including vendors, contractors, and board members. She will also handle clerical and administrative duties, provide support to all guests, assist with event needs, and ensure that the office operates smoothly.
“As we looked towards transitioning to our new space, we realized a profound need for a Guest Services Manager,” says Kati Owen, Executive Administrator to the CEO. “Someone to be the welcoming ‘face’ of the organization, who possess a skill set to support our growing infrastructure. And though Connie joined us just a short time ago, it feels like she has been a longstanding part of the organization. She is already exceeding our expectations, and we are very excited to see what the future holds for her here at ISA.”
Copley has over 27 years of experience in ag business consisting of operations, administration, and supporting roles. She holds a B.S. in Animal Science from Missouri State University. Copley currently resides in LeRoy, Illinois with her three children and loves to work outside, bake, and volunteer.
