  • BIORESTOR – Developed in 2004, and full-scale marketing in 2010 after testing and real road evaluation, BIORESTOR has been used on city, county, and township roads across the country. Designed specifically for low volume/speed roadways, our product is topically applied to asphalt in good condition to maintain and protect the customers’ valuable assets. As a penetrative product, we do not simply coat the surface like a paint or sealer -decrease friction values, rather our product penetrates the HMA surface where it chemically enhances the performance of the petroleum binder – asphalt. This chemical enhancement is done through the use of modified soy oils incorporated with common polymers used throughout the asphalt industry.
  • RoofRestor – An asphalt shingle rejuvenator was developed and tested in 2017, to be spray applied to roofing shingles. This product penetrates the shingles adding essential soy-based oils to dried-out and brittle shingles. Soy oils are incorporated into the shingle to chemically modify the asphalt glue to perform like it did when it was new. This product is applied by certified applicatiors who understand the process and end goal which is to extend the performance of shingles, keeping more out of landfills.
