The Soy Innovation Center (SIC) is an initiative of the Illinois Soybean Association (ISA) to break down the barriers to the commercial availability of soy-based or infused products. The SIC aims to help meet the growing demand for sustainably produced products across the supply chain by expanding the offerings of viable, renewable alternatives to products containing petroleum or other chemical compounds of concern.

Through the SIC, the ISA Market Development Team identifies, ignites, and supports innovative ideas, key products, and research to drive new ways to use soy and to promote Illinois as the leader in soybean production. We provide partners with the expertise, connections, and resources of ISA to support the commercialization of new or existing soy-based products into sustainable solutions that provide customers and users with performance and price parity.
