A DEEP DIVE INTO THE SOYBEAN EXPORT SUPPLY CHAIN 

ISA Market Development Coordinator Emma Peters recently joined a group of Korean grain buyers for the International Grains Program (IGP) Supply Chain Expedition, where they took a deep dive into the export supply chain of soybeans and soy products.

2024 ISB PUBLIC MEETING

The Illinois Soybean Board (ISB) will hold a public meeting in Champaign, Ill. at 11 a.m. on July 24 to elect at-large directors. Individuals who are 18 years or older, engaged in producing and marketing Illinois soybeans, and supported by the checkoff are eligible to vote. Registration closes on July 17. 

 SLOG OF A CENTRAL ILLINOIS SPRING 

In a recent article, Illinois farmer and ISA board director Elliott Uphoff tells Brownfield Ag News that this spring has been a struggle. As of May 17, Uphoff had 100 acres of soybeans planted and will need at least ten days of suitable weather to finish planting in Shelby County.
